Hello and welcome! My name is Syeda Fatima Kazmi.
Five years ago I started a home-based web design business in Pakistan with zero clients and zero team—just me, my skills, and a decision that I wasn’t going to wait for anyone to give me permission to succeed.
I am a software engineer, web designer, SEO expert, freelance writer, and the founder and CEO of Innovations Creator, my home-based web design and development company based in Pakistan.
I am also a wife and a proud mother of two handsome boys.
And yes, I do all of this from home.
My Story Starts Here
I did not take the typical path.
My parents are both accomplished professionals.
My mother is a homeopathic doctor.
My father was a director, director of multiple departments, including education and medical.
Growing up in that environment, I always felt this quiet pressure, not from them, but from inside myself, to be more than just their daughter.
So instead of trying to get only a traditional degree like everyone around me, I also enrolled in a 3-year ACCP Pro Program in Information Technology at Aptech Institute.
I was searching for an ideal opportunity for me in my field.
That program gave me a strong foundation in software development, web technologies, and digital systems.
During that time, I learned everything I could.
But the real education started after that.
After I got married, I received a job offer from a software house.
Good salary.
Stable career.
The kind of opportunity most people would grab without thinking.
I said no.
I never wanted a job.
I wanted to build my own business.
So I waited.
I continued to learn.
I continued to plan.
Until then, one day my husband sat down with me and said, ‘Fatima, you should start your online business.’
That was all I needed to hear.
I launched my web design business in Pakistan.
It was just me and my husband from day one.
No team.
No investors.
No roadmap.
We figured everything out together, one client at a time.
The Hardest Chapter
Just as my business was starting to grow, I found out I was expecting my first baby.
I will be honest with you; that period was extremely difficult.
My body was changing, my emotions were all over the place, and my business was still new and unstable.
But I never lost my faith in my God Almighty.
I kept working.
I kept pushing myself.
I kept believing that things would come together, and they did.
My business grew.
My son arrived.
Then my second son came along, and somewhere in the middle of raising two babies and running a company from my home, I had a moment of clarity.
If I could make something possible for myself, from nothing, with no team members and no guarantee of success, while being pregnant and physically exhausted, then the only limit that stands between any woman and her dreams is only the belief that it is not possible for her.
But, my dear sisters, the truth is!
It is possible.
I am the proof.
The Moment Everything Changed
The real reason She Speaks Business exists comes down to one conversation.
I was at an everyday gathering when a woman approached and introduced herself to me.
She looked tired in a serious way, the kind of tired that comes from carrying responsibilities alone for too long.
She told me she had four children.
She said she had no skills, no experience, and she couldn’t just leave her home.
Then she looked at me and asked.
Can we, as women, be financially free working from home 2 or 3 hours a day?
Because I am not talented.
I have no experience.
Can someone like me do what you do?”
That question hit me hard.
Because I remembered feeling exactly that way—unsure, lost, searching for someone who could just explain things in honest and simple language without making me feel like I was already too far behind.
That woman was not alone.
She was one of millions.
Millions of women are stay-at-home moms, young students, women in small cities, and women who cannot easily step outside who have real potential and real desire to grow, but nowhere to turn for guidance that actually understands and speaks to their reality.
So I built that place.
I named it She Speaks Business because I am a working woman, and I have a lot to say—real facts, useful information, and honest perspectives that can actually change someone’s direction.
